Transport Management System

We manage our transportation services through our online Transportation Management System. Key features of our Transportation Management Systems are:

  • Online and Real Time Delivery Status updates
  • Delivery Time Management (Service Levels Management)
  • Proof of Delivery Management
  • Scheduled Billings

Our customer’s products are managed with our Transportation Management System. Prior to a release of the goods or products from the warehouse, the goods are tagged with a reference number and updated into our online Transportation Management System.

The tagging of goods enables us to monitor its progress and movements from collection to delivery to the final destination intended, and sign-off on the Proof of Delivery (POD). The transportation management does not stop at goods delivery, but continues on to manage the confirmation and documentation of POD.

With the online tagging of goods, Litt Tatt’s customers are able to track their goods’ progress, status and location by quoting the tagging or reference number of their goods to our service personnel.
